Boston HelpDesk, one of the premier providers of managed technology solutions in New England, has been named to Channel Futures’ 2018 MSP 501 ranking list for the 3rd year in a row, placing 291st on this year’s list. The MSP 501 is the first, largest, and most comprehensive ranking of Managed Service Providers in the world. This year Channel Futures received a record number of submissions. Applications poured in from Europe, Asia, South America, and beyond.

How MSPs Were Ranked
The MSP 501 ranking is important because it identifies the world’s most forward-thinking IT Managed Service Providers who follow the leading trends in technology – and Boston Help Desk is honored to be one of them.
The MSP 501 list recognizes top Managed Service Providers based on metrics including recurring revenue, growth, and other factors. MSPs were ranked according to their unique methodology, which acknowledges that not all revenue streams are created equal. They weighted revenue figures according to how well the applicant’s business strategy anticipates trends in the fast-evolving channel ecosystem. Data was collected online from February 28 through May 31, 2018.
