Boston HelpDesk Network Support staff have various proficiencies in most technology infrastructure and applications required for small and medium sized business to remain competitive, including Microsoft Certified System Engineers (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Associates (CCNA). Our team of Network Engineers oversee your IT infrastructure and work in collaboration with our Service Desk staff and Desktop Support staff to make sure our clients' networks remain healthy and secure.

Boston HelpDesk network support staff are available to provide technical support of network systems on various technical issues and problems relating to network hardware, software and peripherals, and to attend to such server and network support duties as is necessary to insure day-to-day enterprise system functionality, from network installations through network configurations and routine administration of network tasks and applications.

Boston HelpDesk Network Support means managed network systems through proper build out, careful implementation and ongoing maintenance of the network environment. Network Support includes but is not limited to the following:

• Network security planning and implementation
• Manage enterprise virus & spyware systems
• Manage enterprise data backup
• Perform network troubleshooting
• Perform regular system administration
• Design, configure, and test network hardware and software
• Install, support and maintain new server hardware and software infrastructure
• Suggesting and providing IT solutions to business and management problems;
• Ensuring that IT complies with industry requirements;
• Analyzing and resolving faults, ranging from a major system crash to minor outages
• Planning and implementing future IT developments and undertaking project work
• Configure, test and maintain LAN/WAN equipments and related services
• Identify, diagnose and resolves network problems
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks
