Our History

The Boston HelpDesk is complete Information Technology support for the small to mid size business. We have developed a unique proactive approach to IT support. We don't just react to your information technology problems as they occur, we continually look after your systems, often preventing problems before they cause damage to your business.

By partnering with our clients, we are able to provide them with complete IT support including regular proactive maintenance, real-time system monitoring, and Service Desk remote and on-site support. "What I'd like to say about Boston HelpDesk is that I found them at the height of real anxiety.
